All sales are not subject to refund, no exceptions. - store credit only
All returns must be approved by Joshua Tree.
All returns/exchanges/damaged items must be notified within 3 business days upon receipt.
20% restocking fee will be applied to every return that is non-damaged.
To ensure proper processing, please include the following:
Invoice#, Company name, Style#, qty, color, picture of defective item, reason.
Return must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags in place and in its original packaging.
Price on the invoice does not include shipping and handling fees.
Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
Cancel Policy
Pre-order and backorder items cannot be cancelled.
If cancellations are necessary, a written request must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
Cancellation request will only be considered if made within the same day the order is placed.
